I believe I may have written this when I did Corey & Kaitlyn’s Golden History Park winter engagement session last year…but as soon as you meet these two warm and country hearted people, you will fall in love with them! Kaitlyn and I met while I photographed her best friend, Jaqui’s wedding, and then she contacted me when she and Corey got engaged a few months later. We met over coffee and Pumpkin spice, and I’m pretty sure I could have chatted with her all night!
Their wedding day was filled with great celebration, and that these two fit like a glove is easy to see. Take a look, I promise. Something that stuck out was the closeness of the family and friends. There were tears more than once, and Kaitlyn’s first looks with the 3 big men in her life, (Grandpa, Dad, and Corey) just about did me in on the other end of the camera. Listening to the toasts that night just sealed the deal on the love that surrounds this precious relationship. For the record, Corey’s dad was laughing so hard he was crying…and not the only one doing so!
Kaitlyn has excellent taste, and her hard work to bring the whole day together was easy to see. She’s got a knack for it! But most of all…my favorite part is looking through the images and seeing the way these two look at each other. THAT is why I love being a wedding photographer…and in Colorado. 😉
Corey & Kaitlyn, I wish you a lifetime full of joy, love, and happiness…CONGRATS!!
