Did you know that you can have a super hero themed wedding, and make it classy like none other at the same time? Kyle and Sam are doing just that this fall. When I first sat down with them, I knew immediately that they are a unique and fun couple. In fact, just hearing their engagement story completely verified that! Kyle is in the army reserves and has a history of, well, some injuries. To really get Samantha unaware of his proposal, his army friends helped him stage another “accident” that “put a knife through his hand”. Sam got the call, and rushed to the base where Kyle had allegedly refused to go to the ER without her. She got there to a hand all wrapped up in bandaging and a huge sharp blade coming out of his hand (not really). In the midst of her being so flustered she had no idea it was coming…Kyle asked the big question of “will you marry me?” She said yes. 😉
These two are incredibly creative, and love comic books and super heros. The details of the wedding to reflect this in a classy way are downright awesome, and I can’t wait to see all the bridal party members in their Hero accents, like Kyle’s bowtie you’ll see here! We knew we needed an location that would serve their theme, and an engagement session in the RiNo district of Denver was the perfect ticket! Denver has such a wonderful array of fantastic photography locations, and this did not disappoint.
